I have never heard of this company before making my first order and I could not be a bigger fan.
I ordered 3 hats a few weeks back, and to my own user error, (my wife does the shopping usually, so I’m not the best at online purchasing) I made the same order twice.
Within an hour of placing my order they had a rep reach out to me and ask if the order was correct. That’s when I realized had made a mistake on the order. They scratched the duplicate order immediately and I got my hats 3 days later at no delivery cost to me.
Truth is the hats are top notch quality, withstand the salt and water on our trip to Mexico last week and they fit a big headed dude like myself.
I wear a hat almost everyday and I am happy to have scrolled across the backshore ad. For real, I don’t write reviews but I felt the need to pass along the excellent experience I had with this group!
