Return Policy

At Backshore Apparel, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked “Final Sale” at time of purchase

Exchanges

  • We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or style, subject to availability.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original form of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Backshore Apparel is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can make it right.
