At Backshore Apparel, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or style, subject to availability.

If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original form of payment within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Backshore Apparel is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can make it right.
