At Backshore, we know once you place an order, you’re ready to get it delivered and start your next adventure. We work hard to get your gear packed up and shipped out as quickly as possible.
Processing Times
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep.
During new drops, sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer — but we’ll always do our best to get your order out fast.
Shipping Rates
We offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.
Shipping costs for orders under $50 are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Delivery Estimates
After your order ships, standard delivery times typically range between 3–7 business days depending on your location and carrier delays.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can keep an eye on your package every step of the way.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Backshore Apparel is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help before the order ships.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery is unfortunately outside of our control. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the carrier directly first.
